Bekah - Founder, CEO
The idea for this company came from personal experience — and real conversations with other women. As a rideshare driver, I was shocked by how quickly I encountered sexual harassment and uncomfortable situations. When I started talking with other women drivers, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many of them had gone through the same — and female riders shared that they often feel unsafe, especially at night or after a night out.
As a single mom, driving offered me the flexibility I needed to support my family. But I quickly learned that flexibility isn’t enough when your safety is at risk.
That’s why I created RideHerWay — a women-only rideshare platform where safety, trust, and respect come first. It’s not just about getting from point A to point B. It’s about building a space where women can drive, earn, and ride with peace of mind.
This isn’t just a safer way to ride — it’s a movement to protect, uplift, and empower women everywhere.
Aleece - COO
Born and raised in the small town of Hiawatha, Kansas, I’ve always believed in the power of community, safety, and showing up for the people who need it most. I spent my early adult years working in Overland Park—where I had my very first and only rideshare experience. It was brief, but unforgettable, and it planted a seed.
In 2024, I became a mother. That experience deepened everything for me. It changed how I see the world, how I define safety, and how fiercely I believe women deserve to feel secure—wherever they go.
Now, as a part of RideHerWay, I’m driven every single day by a mission that’s deeply personal: to create a rideshare experience where women are not just passengers, but priority. A space built on trust, empathy, and empowerment.
